Delivery Information

Our Trading hours are Monday to Thursday 8h30 am – 5:00 pm; Friday 8h30 am– 3 pm.

All confirmed orders placed by 11:00 will be sent on the same day via the following methods.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: Before we ship your order, we need to make sure that the payment made online has been successful and has reflected in our bank account; in which case we will have to prepare your products, perform strict quality-control tests and package of the items carefully.

● Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
● Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days
● Flat Rate Shipping: 10-30 business days

Courier

The delivery address must be a physical address. Someone will need to be available at the address to receive the delivery. Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday.
