Liquid Trap Magnet
We are ISO 9001: 2015

PRODUCTS
Fluid Trap Magnets are engineered to efficiently remove ferrous contaminants from Powder, liquid and slurry lines.
APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS
Liquid Traps may be installed horizontally, vertically, or on an angle without affecting their magnetic efficiency.
The benefits of this magnetic separator can be experienced in most cases with no appreciable pressure drop or reduction in flow rates. All units incorporate a sump type housing to trap non-ferrous particles.
Designed for between 2 and 2.5 Megapascal pressure, which is tested at ambient temperature before shipping to the client, the Liquid Trap Magnet comes with eye nuts for of easy-clean of the magnetic rods.
SPECIFICATIONS
Ideal for viscous food, it is very useful for in manufacturing of chocolates, fruit juice, soup & sauce, syrups, slurry pet food, etc…
Manufactured to food industry required grade standard, which is 304 or 316 stainless steel; with high effectiveness and consistent performance.
Bespoke manufactured to your pipe specific dimensions, hence in correspondence to your expected solution needs.
The Magnet strength standard is up to 14,000 gauss with easy-clean lid.
FEATURES
High intensity Rare Earth magnets, which comes in nickel coated. Also available in ceramic either, if necessary nevethless.
Manufactured to fit any pipeline size, and capable of withstanding high pressure; our Liquid Trap Magnets are designed for pressur as high as 2 to 2.5 Megapascal.
With the hygienic easy to close and open lid; our magnet is absolutely easy to clean.
Applications are not limited only to: Chocolates, Fruit juice, Syrups, Soup, Sauce, Ice cream, Food paste, Slurry pet food etc…
Inside the stainless-steel hub is inserted powerful 10000 to 14000 gauss rod magnets which are fastened to the lid of the Fluid Trap. In which case, as a material enters the housing, the rod magnets capture the ferrous fragments contaminants as it passes through the magnetic field.
Ferrous contaminants are safely held in place unto the powefull magnetic rods, as the cleaned product exits out the opposite end of the hub. To clean the captured ferrous contaminants, the eye nuts on the lid must first be loosen then removed from the housing by lifting the lid to which the magnetic rods are attached.
As Powder, liquids or slurries are pumped through the Liquid Trap, ferrous contaminants adhere to the strategically placed magnetic tubes. The design and construction allow the tramp iron to work around the downstream side of the tubes where it is safely out of the product flow and wash off is prevented. Cleaning is achieved by removing the quick release clamp and removing the magnet assembly from the housing.
The housing is designed not only to house the magnetic tubes, but also to act as a sump. Unwanted non magnetic particles tend to gravitate to the bottom of the enclosure. Additionally, the sump bottom is attached by a quick release clamp to ease cleaning of the entire unit.
